DJ’S Home Care Specialists is locally owned and operated by husband and wife military veterans, Shondtel and Henry Walker, who both proudly served the USA during the Persian Gulf War. They are turning their passion for serving their country into serving their fellow community members. Shondtel and Henry say, “We strongly believe in serving individuals who have a desire to remain as independent as possible, while remaining in the comfort of his or her home. “
Their goal is to help our retired veterans, elderly and disabled in maintaining a quality of life despite aging and experiencing a variety of health conditions. They guarantee full supervision and assistance to help their clients perform daily activities with comfort and ease. With their professional care providers, every client is in good hands. They will also go above and beyond by assisting spouses and family members in seeking assistance and applying for veteran benefits that the client may not be aware they qualify for through their military service.
